Saw this on Dell Complete Cover Page:
– coverage of spills, drops, electric surges, damaged LCD or display
– protection from the rigors of multi-user environments, frequent travel or high risk environments (example: children, pets)
If I am reading correctly, the clause above did mention protection from pets.
Then on below the same page:
1 COMPLETECOVER: Excludes theft, loss, fire and intentional damage, acts of God or natural disasters, animals, pets or pests. Customer may be required to return unit to Dell. Pets is excluded! What the heck? Mr. Dell, make up your mind, damages by pets are included or not in your complete cover?
